A perfect blend of modern art and ancient craft. This Modal Tussar saree is dyed in natural pomegranate peel, which creates this beautiful soft moss-green and earthy yellow base that you see - completely natural, no chemical color.
The Design Story:
The body features a bold, contemporary abstract print - large imperfect circles with indigo stripes and muted brick-red texture. It's artistic, very different from regular Ajrakh, gives a very high-fashion, statement look.
The pallu is the showstopper. A contrasting dusty terracotta pallu adorned with tribal-inspired hand block prints - little birds, foliage and circular motifs in indigo and olive green. The border has a sharp indigo zig-zag pattern that ties the whole saree together.
-Fabric: Pure Modal Tussar - Super soft, light-weight, silky drape that hugs beautifully. Feels like butter on skin and is breathable.
Color: 100% Natural Pomegranate Peel dye. eco-friendly and skin-safe.
Craft: Hand Block Ajrakh, completely handmade. Each piece has slight irregularities which is the beauty of handcraft.
